Professional diamond drilling of concrete
Drilling holes for utility networks using jackhammers or conventional perforators is a thing of the past, destroying walls, forming cracks and creating an unbearable rumble. Diamond drilling allows you to get perfectly round holes of a given diameter in reinforced concrete, brick, granite or monolith. The process takes place without shock vibrations, strictly according to the markings, without dust and with a minimum noise level.
What materials and tasks do we work with?
1. Drilling high-strength reinforced concrete
The diamond core bit easily passes through reinforcement of any diameter and density. The reinforcing mesh does not slow down the process or spoil the geometry of the hole.
2. Drilling of capital foundations and monolith
We make deep holes in massive building foundations for communication blocks or technological anchors. We work to the full depth of the structure.
3. Drilling at an angle
Thanks to professional stands, we can securely fix the drilling rig and perform precise drilling at any required angle (up to 45°).
4. Drilling in brittle materials (brick, aerated concrete)
The ideal solution for foam blocks, aerated concrete and facing bricks. The material around the hole does not crack, does not crumble and fully retains its strength.

For which communications do we drill holes?
We perform diamond drilling of holes with a diameter of 32 mm to 450 mm (and more) for the installation of any modern engineering systems in apartments, private houses and industrial facilities.

Openings for ventilation and air conditioning systems
Drilling walls for kitchen hoods, inlet valves (Reki, KIV), swimming pool ventilation systems and routes for external air conditioner units.

Openings for heating and water supply systems
Precise vertical and horizontal drilling of ceilings and walls for heating risers, hot/cold water pipes and water inlets into the house.

Drilling for sewer systems
Creating large diameter holes (usually 110-160 mm) for sewer pipes with mandatory observance of the correct angle of inclination for gravity.

Holes for laying cable lines and trays
Drilling walls and floor slabs for power cables, internet trunks, junction boxes and installation of protective sleeves.
Advantages of technology when drilling holes
Diamond drilling of concrete is a quick and clean way to prepare a site for pipe or ventilation installation. It completely eliminates the additional costs of correcting errors and restoring damaged walls.
perfectly round hole and smooth walls
safe, non-impact method
cleanliness thanks to water collection rings
high speed of execution
Cost of diamond hole drilling
Please note: Below are preliminary prices for your reference. The price of diamond cutting of horizontal slabs is calculated individually. It depends on the thickness of the monolith, the degree of its reinforcement (rebar diameter), the height of the ceiling (conditions for the installation of supports) and the total volume of work. All prices are transparent and are finally fixed in the official contract.
Approximate price list Kyiv and the region:
| Service | Price from UAH |
|---|---|
| Diamond cutting of concrete floors (up to 15 cm thick) | Price is negotiable |
| Diamond cutting of reinforced concrete floors (up to 20 cm) | Price is negotiable |
| Cutting monolithic floors of increased strength (over 25 cm) | Price is negotiable |
| Creating a standard opening for stairs (in a monolith) | Price is negotiable |
| Installation of temporary unloading racks (jacks) | Price is negotiable |
Why is diamond drilling of concrete trusted to our company?
Drilling for any engineering task
We have a full range of diamond core bits in all popular diameters. You won't have to wait or look for a rare size for a non-standard pipe.
Work in premises with completed renovations
Thanks to the "clean drilling" technology (water collection rings + powerful industrial vacuum cleaners), we do the work carefully, without damaging wallpaper, paint, or finished floors.
Fixed price quote
We calculate the cost according to a clear price list, based on diameter and depth. No made-up markups for "stumbling upon fittings" - everything is transparent.
Official contract and work certificates
We work officially with private individuals, foremen, and large construction companies. We provide a full package of closing documents.
Quick departure and start of work on site
We arrive strictly at the agreed time. Thanks to professional Hilti and Husqvarna installations, we perform the work several times faster than craftsmen with household tools.
Mobility throughout the region
We quickly travel to sites in Kyiv and any settlement in the Kyiv region. Our own logistics allow us to be there on time.
Frequently asked questions
We have selected answers to the questions we are asked most often. If you can't find the information you need, just give us a call.
Is water necessary when drilling and will it ruin the repair?
Water is needed to cool the diamond segments and wash away the concrete slurry. But if you have a residential building under renovation, we use a special water collection ring that is pressed tightly against the wall with a construction vacuum cleaner. All dirty water is instantly sucked into a sealed tank, the walls and floor remain clean.
What is the maximum depth (wall thickness) you can drill?
The standard length of a diamond core bit is 45 cm. However, with the help of special steel extensions, we can increase the drilling depth and pass through massive walls, ceilings, or foundations up to 2–3 meters thick or more.
Do you work only within Kyiv or do you travel to the region?
We work throughout Kyiv and Kyiv region, including Bila Tserkva, Brovary, Boryspil, Irpin, Bucha and other settlements. We have our own logistics for prompt delivery of both compact diamond tools for apartments and heavy special equipment (excavators, hydraulic hammers) for large-scale industrial facilities in the region. For an initial assessment, you often don't even need to wait for an engineer to arrive - just send us detailed photos or videos via messenger.
