The use of jackhammers in such areas is strictly prohibited, since vibration weakens the structure of the entire ceiling and destroys the protective layer of concrete around the working reinforcement. What types of floors do we work with?
1. Hollow core slabs
We drill carefully and quickly. The technology allows us to clearly pass through the voids of the slab without the risk of crushing the internal stiffeners.
2. Monolithic reinforced concrete floors
We work with solid high-strength concrete. Diamond core bits smoothly cut through dense steel reinforcement without moving away from the markings.
3. Industrial concrete floors and screeds
Drilling deep holes in thick floors of warehouses, parking lots and factory floors for anchoring equipment or process channels.
4. Deep drilling and non-standard slabs
Thanks to special extensions, we can increase the length of the crown and penetrate multi-layered or extra-thick floors (over 1–2 meters).

Will the cut out reinforced concrete piece (core) fall to the floor of the lower floor?
No, this is out of the question. Our craftsmen carefully control this process. Depending on the conditions, we either fix the concrete core with special anchors/holders from the top, or use catch stands from the bottom. The piece of concrete is removed carefully and in a controlled manner.
Is it possible to perform diamond drilling of the ceiling from the bottom up (from the ceiling)?
Yes, such a technology exists (ceiling drilling), and we perform it if it is not possible to install equipment from above (for example, the neighbor's finished floor interferes). For this, a special clamping tool and protective covers are used to drain water so that the slurry does not fly onto the operator and walls.
Do you work only within Kyiv or do you travel to the region?
We work throughout Kyiv and Kyiv region, including Bila Tserkva, Brovary, Boryspil, Irpin, Bucha and other settlements.
