How do you hold a cut piece of floor slab so it doesn't fall down?
This is a key safety step. Before starting the cutting, we support the future block from below with special telescopic construction stands (jacks) or mount a spacer system with winches on top. After the perimeter is completely cut, the block is smoothly and controlledly lowered or raised, after which it is broken into small lifting parts for removal.
Will dirty water flood the room below during cutting?
No, we fully control this process. The special casing of our cutting tool is connected to a high-power industrial water vacuum cleaner. The water that cools the diamond blade is sucked together with the concrete dust (sludge) instantly into a sealed tank. Additionally, we tape the perimeter of the work area with a dense waterproofing film.
Do you work only within Kyiv or do you travel to the region?
