Professional diamond cutting of brick structures
Brick walls require a delicate approach. Conventional demolition with a sledgehammer or jackhammer destroys the integrity of the masonry, knocks out neighboring bricks and weakens the entire wall. Diamond cutting allows you to make a perfectly smooth, surgically precise cut without vibrations, preserving the strength of the building and avoiding clouds of red dust.
What kind of brick are we cutting?
1. Red ceramic brick
We work with solid and hollow ceramic bricks. The diamond blade carefully cuts the fragile internal partitions of hollow bricks without destroying their structure around the cut.
2. Silicate brick
Silicate has a high density and greatly dulls conventional tools. Our professional equipment easily copes with strong silicate masonry of any thickness.
3. Old (historical) brickwork
Working with Austrian or Soviet brick and weak limestone mortar is especially delicate. The impact-free method is the only way to make a hole in such a wall without collapsing it.
4. Facing and clinker bricks
We cut decorative and facade walls with a guarantee of no chips, cracks or scratches on the front side. The cut remains perfectly smooth for the final finish.
5. Thick brick walls (from 50 cm)
Special large-diameter discs allow us to cut through massive walls in 2, 3 or 4 bricks in one go without the tool jamming.
6. Brick partitions and arches
We dismantle and expand reinforced elements in factories, plants, and warehouses: crane tracks, massive supports, equipment racks, and hydraulic structures.

What diamond brick cutting work do we perform?
Thanks to the mobility of our tool, we perform tasks of any scale - from cutting holes for wiring in a residential apartment to the complete demolition of capital brick partitions at industrial facilities.
Cutting structural elements of a building

Diamond cutting of brick walls and partitions
Clean and safe cutting of interior and load-bearing brick walls. The lack of impact load ensures that plaster will not fall off or tiles will not crack in the next room.

Creating new and expanding existing openings
We cut new door, window openings and arches in brick for any architectural task. We cut the wall into small pieces that are convenient to take out of the room.

Cutting brick window sill blocks
Careful dismantling of the window sill part of the wall to combine a room with a balcony, loggia or install panoramic French windows.

Slots and niches in bricks
Cutting deep channels (grooves) for thick heating pipes, sewage, air conditioners, as well as cutting niches for switchboards or safes in brickwork.
Advantages of technology when working with bricks
Working with brickwork requires special delicacy. The use of outdated impact methods (hammers or sledgehammers) often leads to the fact that the old mortar is poured out, the brick splits, and the edges of the cut become ragged. Diamond cutting completely changes the approach to dismantling: you protect the building from destructive vibrations and get significant savings on further construction materials.
perfect geometry without chips
protection against red brick dust
no cracks in the masonry seams

Cost of diamond cutting of brick walls
Please note: Below are preliminary prices for your reference. We offer honest and fixed rates without hidden fees. The final cost of the work is calculated individually and depends on the thickness of the brickwork, the type of brick (silicate, ceramic or antique) and the total volume of the tasks. All prices are approved in the estimate before the start of cutting and remain unchanged until the completion of the object.
Approximate price list Kyiv and the region:
| Service | Price from UAH |
|---|---|
| Diamond cutting of brick walls (up to 12 cm / half a brick) | Price is negotiable |
| Diamond cutting of brick walls (up to 25 cm / per brick) | Price is negotiable |
| Cutting of capital brick walls (from 38 cm and more) | Price is negotiable |
| Cutting a door/window opening in brick (standard) | Price is negotiable |
| Expanding an existing opening in a brick wall | Price is negotiable |
Why is diamond cutting of bricks trusted to our company?
Professionalism and understanding of material physics
Our craftsmen clearly know the specifics of brick structures. We calculate the behavior of the wall in advance to avoid the collapse of lintels and subsidence of the upper rows of masonry. You get a predictable and safe result even on old objects.
Modern professional equipment (Hilti, Husqvarna)
We don't work with cheap household tools. Using advanced wall-cutting machines, rope systems, and industrial water jets allows us to do the job 3 times faster, quieter, and with minimal dust.
Fixed cost of work under the contract
No “surprises” after the project is completed. We approve the official estimate before work begins. The amount specified in the contract is final and will not increase, even if we encounter extremely complex reinforcement.
Uncompromising adherence to safety precautions
We work strictly according to state building codes. If the wall is capital, we don't just cut it, but if necessary, we immediately install metal jumpers (channels, angles) to compensate for the load, reliably protecting the building from deformation.
Quick departure and start of work on site
Time is money. Our surveying engineer is ready to come to you on the day of your request for an accurate cost estimate. If you have a technical project, the team can start work the very next day after signing the contract.
Mobility throughout the region
We quickly travel to sites in Kyiv and any settlement in the Kyiv region. Our own logistics allow us to be there on time.
Frequently asked questions
We have selected answers to the questions we are asked most often. If you can't find the information you need, just give us a call.
Is it necessary to install a jumper (reinforcement) when cutting a hole in a brick wall?
Yes, this is mandatory for load-bearing walls and highly recommended for ordinary partitions one brick thick. Since brickwork consists of individual elements, without an upper beam (jumper) the brick above the opening can sag under its own weight over time. We install metal reinforcement directly on the day of cutting.
What is better to use for brick - wet cutting or a vacuum cleaner?
In residential apartments with completed renovations, we usually use dry cutting with a powerful industrial vacuum cleaner connected (this protects the floor from dirty water). On unfinished construction sites or with very thick walls, we use wet cutting with instant sludge collection with a water suction.
Do you work only within Kyiv or do you travel to the region?
We work throughout Kyiv and Kyiv region, including Bila Tserkva, Brovary, Boryspil, Irpin, Bucha and other settlements. We have our own logistics for prompt delivery of both compact diamond tools for apartments and heavy special equipment (excavators, hydraulic hammers) for large-scale industrial facilities in the region. For an initial assessment, you often don't even need to wait for an engineer to arrive - just send us detailed photos or videos via messenger.
