Professional plaster removal
Any quality finish begins with dismantling. Old plaster that is "swelling", cracked, or infected with fungus is a time bomb. If it is not removed, new paint will peel off and expensive wallpaper will crack.
We offer an engineering approach to dismantling: instead of a cloud of dust and broken wiring, you get a perfectly cleaned, strong base, ready for a new stage of work.

When dismantling is mandatory:
"Blindness" and emptiness
The plaster has come away from the wall and is only holding on "on its word of honor."
Deep cracks
A network of cracks indicates the destruction of the layer structure.
Curved walls
When it's easier to remove the old one than to put on 10 cm of a new layer.
Fungus and mold
Complete removal of the infected layer and antiseptic treatment are required.
Fragile base
Old lime or clay mixtures that will not withstand the weight of modern tiles or cement.
Why is wall preparation a job for professionals?
Plaster removal — this is the dirtiest part of the repair. Without special equipment, dust penetrates even through closed doors, and an accidental blow with a hammer drill can break hidden electrical wiring.
We take into account all risks and care about your comfort:
Communications protection: We detect hidden wiring and pipes in advance to avoid accidents.
"Clean dismantling" technology: We use industrial vacuum cleaners and surface humidification, which reduces the amount of dust by 80%.
Saving structures: We only knock down the plaster, without damaging the brickwork or concrete base.
Complete insulation: We install "dust locks" so that the remnants of the work do not spread throughout the apartment.
What is included in the cost of the turnkey service:
We take care of the dirty and heavy lifting so you can focus on the creative aspects of your design, not the mess and dust. Our comprehensive approach ensures a seamless result.

1. Preparing the room
This includes covering flooring, window frames, radiators and doors with a thick protective film. We install “airlocks” to prevent construction dust from entering adjacent rooms or the corridor.
2. Removing the old layer
Our craftsmen carry out a complete dismantling of plaster from walls and ceilings down to the very base (brick, concrete or panel). We don't just knock down what falls off, but remove every unstable fragment so that the new coating has perfect adhesion.
3. Thorough cleaning and grinding of surfaces
After removing the main massif, we perform a final cleaning of the walls with metal brushes and professional grinding machines. This allows us to remove the smallest remnants of the mixture, lime or sand, revealing the clean texture of the wall for subsequent priming.
4. Garbage collection and removal
You don't have to look for bags or a car. We sort the waste ourselves, pack it in our own construction bags and ensure prompt removal. We cooperate with landfills, so we guarantee legal disposal in accordance with the legislation.
5. Control cleaning of the site
Finally, we dedust the room with an industrial vacuum cleaner and a damp cloth. You do not receive "construction chaos", but a perfectly prepared, dry and clean object on which builders can immediately begin installing new systems or plastering.
How much time and money will it take?
The cost and timing of plaster removal cannot be the same for all objects, since each wall has its own "story." We form the price as transparently as possible, taking into account the technical characteristics of your premises.
| Object type | Estimated time | Price from (UAH) |
|---|---|---|
| Room (up to 20 m²) | 1 day | Price is negotiable |
| Apartment (40–70 m²) | 2–3 days | Price is negotiable |
| Private house | From 3 days | Price is negotiable |
Why we are trusted for plaster removal
Our goal — to make this process invisible to you, ensuring a professional result in the shortest possible time. By choosing us, you are assured that the preparatory work will be performed to high engineering standards, and your facility will remain intact and clean.
Professional tool
We don't use cheap equipment that creates unnecessary noise and vibration. We have heavy-duty Hilti and Bosch hammer drills and grinders that allow us to remove plaster accurately and efficiently without damaging the underlying wall structure.
High execution speed
Time is the most valuable resource during repairs. A professional team of 3 people can complete in one day the amount of work that would take an unprofessional craftsman with a hammer a whole week. We work in a coordinated manner and without unnecessary breaks.
Cleanliness and work ethics
We care about your reputation with your neighbors. After us, you will not see dust on the landings or piles of garbage under the entrance. We pack waste into bags directly in the premises and organize their immediate removal.
Deep experience and expertise
Each type of building requires its own approach. We know how to delicately remove plaster from shingles in "Stalinki" buildings so as not to collapse the ceiling, and how to effectively work with high-strength concrete in new panel buildings. Our experience is your insurance against technical errors.
Frequently asked questions
We have selected answers to the questions we are asked most often. If you can't find the information you need, just give us a call.
How dirty will the room be during the work?
Plaster removal is a dusty process, but we have reduced this discomfort to a minimum. By using industrial aspiration systems (vacuum cleaners) directly at the point of removal and pre-wetting the walls, we control up to 90% of fine dust. In addition, sealing door openings protects the rest of your rooms from contamination.
Are you tackling small areas (e.g. just one wall or niche)?
Yes, we work with any scale. You can order both a complete cleaning of the entire apartment "down to the brick", and local removal of the coating in individual areas where it has started to peel off or needs to be replaced with a new finish.
Will you damage hidden wiring and other communications?
In cable routing areas and near sockets, our craftsmen work exclusively manually, which allows us to maintain the integrity of the active network or carefully dismantle old electrical equipment without any emergencies.
